The Stanley Park Lawn Bowling Club (SPLBC) is the premier club for lawn bowling in Vancouver.
Established in 1917, it has 2 greens with a total of 16 rinks.
The club welcomes new members of all ages and abilities!
The season for lawn bowling normally runs from early May to mid-September. The 2022 season opened on May 8, 2022.
There is a clubhouse that is used for social events and tournaments. It can be rented out by the public.
The club regularly has open houses and lessons for new players. It has lawn bowling and social memberships.

The club offers many social activities such as barbeques, special holiday events, and pride events. It also offers Bridge and Euchre card games in the winter.
Prior to the Lawn Bowling Club, there was an Elk paddock at this location in Stanley Park!
Lawn Bowling started in Stanley Park in 1917. The club officially opened in May 1919. It was segregated by sex until 1986.

It is little known, but around the lawn bowling club is a fantastic garden containing some rare flowers. There are even some Japanese bananas being grown here! If you ask nicely at the club they will let you stroll through and enjoy the flowers!
